Meet the Baker

Hello, my name is Mary Noel Corn. After 25 years as a dedicated dental hygienist, I traded in my tools for a whisk and launched Posh Cake Pops in 2018. Married for 33 wonderful years to my high school sweetheart, Sam, I’m also a proud mom to two daughters, Shelby and Emly, and a son-in-law, Austin.

As a self-taught, certified Texas Cottage Law home baker, I discovered my passion for cake pops while creating treats for friends’ parties and showers. What started as a fun hobby has turned into a delightful venture, allowing me to express my creativity and craft special designs for my amazing customers. I love every moment of this sweet journey!
